I’m well-educated with two degrees in music (classical and jazz). I play sax – among other instruments – and I also write and produce. As a performer, I’m comfortable in crowds and make for a great companion in social/work events. As a conversationalist, I love to discuss music and how all of today’s genres have influenced one other. I’m also interested in discussing the deeper topics in life – existence, outer space, inner space, the environment, psychology and the like. I also love thought provoking books and movies. Don’t worry though – I’m not all about the heavy stuff. I’m also playful in many areas of life. With a sarcastic sense of humor and a fun, curious spirit, I’m always excited to explore the world around me and engage with new adventures, bringing a sense of wonder to anything I do. I like to stay active with rock climbing, yoga, and swimming. I also value good nutrition. I believe that keeping a healthy mind and body is paramount to living a long and fruitful life. I love adventure and one of the most powerful and profound adventures I’ve embarked on is my study and work in Tantra. During the last 6 years, I’ve experienced how my own life and the lives of others around me have been transformed by reprogramming limiting beliefs through connecting with energetic and physical bodies in a more conscious way.
