Users that list ads for services are referred to as “Escorts” and users that seek to browse and inquire about these Services are referred to as “Clients”. Escorts must have a registered account, but Clients may not be required to have a registered account. Any ad page shown will be referred to as a “Listing”.
Our Site is simply a listing platform and we do not manage, hire, advise, or promote the Services of Escorts in any way. We provide our users with a listing service, whereby Escorts may posts Listings for viewing by Clients of the Site.
Our Site disclaims liability and assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage suffered by any person as a result of any contact or Services provided between Escorts and Clients.
We may choose to begin charging fees to post Listings, discontinue charging fees and/or change the amount of fees to be charged for any services offered by the Site at any time and for any reason at the sole discretion of the Site.
We urge all users to be responsible about their use of this Site and any transaction entered into as a result of either posting a Listing or hiring an Escort. We do not own or manage, nor can we contract for, any Escorts listed on the Site.
The Site provides a listing service to allow Escorts who advertise on the Site to offer their time, and time alone, to Clients. We also may offer other tools or services to allow users to enjoy a better experience on the Site.We are not a party to any agreement between users. As a result, any part of an actual or potential transaction between an Escort and a Client are solely the responsibility of each user.
Users agree that they are responsible for, and agree to abide by, all laws, rules and regulations applicable to their use of the Site and their interactions with any other user of the Site.
While we do take certain measures with a goal to assist users to avoid potentially fraudulent or other illegal activity of which we become aware, we assume no liability or obligation to take any such measures or actions. Users access and perform all actions associated with the Site at their own risk.
Users are granted a limited, revocable non-exclusive license to access the Site and the content and services provided on the Site, all in accordance with the Terms. Any use of the Site that is not in accordance with the Terms or as otherwise authorized by us in writing is expressly prohibited.

We reserve the right to request verification from any users if we suspect that laws (federal, state and/or local) are being violated, human trafficking is involved or any persons under the age of 18 years old is attempting to use the site. We also reserve the right to request ID verification for any reason, at our sole discretion.
Further, we may, without notice to you, suspend or cancel your Listing at any time even without receiving notice from you if we suspect, in our sole discretion, that your account with us or your email account is being used in an unauthorized or fraudulent manner.
We reserve the right to decline to permit the posting on the Site of or to remove from the Site any user-contributed content at our sole discretion. We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to edit a user’s content or user-contributed content in a non-substantive manner. The Site will have the authority to host, claim and reuse all posted content as it desires. The Site will not be liable for any language, claims or illegal activity advertised on any ads either through user-contributed content, edited content or content that has mistakenly been approved.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others, and the Site does not permit, condone or tolerate the posting of any content on the Site that infringes any person's copyright. The Site will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, a user who is the source of repeat infringement of copyright.
Our services may only be used by members who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Each member represents and covenants that all information submitted to us and to the Site during such member’s registration with the Site shall be true and correct.
All Listings submitted by Escorts are subject to review and approval by us in our sole discretion. We reserve the right to determine in our sole discretion the final design, layout and functionality of the Site and any listings present on the Site, which is subject to change from time to time without notice. We do not accept or bear any liability for any loss or damage of any sort resulting from the design or positioning of the copy, properties, content and/or photographs submitted by any member. Listings may be removed by the Escort posting the Listing by contacting the Site using the Contact Us page.
We are not liable for any loss of business by Escorts for any delays in the approval and posting process for any and all Listings. We are not liable for any loss of business due to a removed Listing for any reason.
All Listings must abide by the following rules:
When submitting content for an ad, Escorts may choose to post photographs of themselves. In order to do so, the Escort MUST own the photographs as personal property. Escorts shall not be permitted to post any photographs or material not owned by the Escort. Any photographs taken by another person with the Escort as a model must be preceded with prior written approval for use on the Site. Photographs on ads shall contain the advertised Escort alone and shall not include any other persons or subjects beyond the Escort. Photographs displaying any genitalia or sexually explicit acts or behavior are prohibited and the Site has sole discretion over the approval or rejection of photographic material. The Site shall not be held liable for any property rights of photographs posted or submitted by Escorts.
The Site strictly prohibits the disclosure of user information without the user’s express consent except as required to comply with a pending criminal investigation, a court order, search warrant, discovery request, subpoena, or other legal process served on the Site. If you require information from the Site, you must transmit a proper request to our subpoena compliance representative by postal mail (address below) or by using our Contact Us page. In addition, the Site may report any behavior to the appropriate authorities if it suspects violations of any federal, state or local laws.
We reserve the right to refuse hypertext links to, or addresses of, other web sites from Listings, and to remove links or web addresses without notice at our sole discretion.
If, in our sole discretion, any user submits unsuitable material to our Site, is not abiding by local laws or is in material breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to limit the user’s use of the Site, remove the user’s listing(s) and/or terminate such user’s account access immediately without recourse of any kind.
Additionally, you agree to defend and indemnify the Site and any of their owners, officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by third parties as a result of your breach of these Terms or the documents referenced herein, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or your use of this Site.
Your use of the Site is at your sole risk. The Site is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Site is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
MintBoys.com, its parents and subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Site will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; or c) the results of using the Site will meet your requirements.

Users hereby agree that any and all legal claims will be resolved by binding arbitration in the United Kingdom, rather than in court. This includes any past, present or future claims, regardless of whether prior versions of the Terms required arbitration.
Payment of all filing, administration and arbitrator fees will be governed by the Arbitrator’s rules. By agreeing to arbitration, the parties agree, among other things, that the arbitrator, and not any federal, state, or local court or agency, shall have the exclusive power to rule on any objections with respect to the existence, scope, or validity of the arbitration agreement or to the arbitrability of any claim or counterclaim.
Any and all proceedings to resolve Claims will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a Claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration each party waives any right to a jury trial.
Any dispute will be handled in the EU.
Any term or provision of these Terms that is determined to be invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction in any jurisdiction shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability without rendering invalid or unenforceable the remaining terms and provisions of these Terms or affecting the validity or enforceability of any of the terms or provisions of these Terms in any other jurisdiction and such invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified by such court so that it is enforceable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the United Kingdom without reference or regard to the conflicts of law rules thereof. ANY LEGAL ACTION BROUGHT BY ANY PARTY AGAINST ANY OTHER PARTY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE SUBMITTED FOR TRIAL, WITHOUT A JURY, EXCLUSIVELY BEFORE A COURT SITTING IN THE UNITED KINGDOM HAVING SUBJECT MATTER JURISDICTION. THE PARTIES CONSENT AND SUBMIT TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF ANY SUCH COURT AND AGREE TO ACCEPT SERVICE OF PROCESS OUTSIDE THE UNITED KINGDOM IN ANY MATTER TO BE SUBMITTED TO ANY SUCH COURT PURSUANT HERETO, AND EXPRESSLY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO TRIAL BY JURY FOR ANY MATTERS ARISING UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
